LocalizableEnumConverter.ConvertTo Method (ITypeDescriptorContext, CultureInfo, Object, Type)

Converts the given value object to the specified type. Do not reference this member directly in your code. It supports the SQL Server infrastructure.

Parameters

  • destinationType
    Type: System.Type
    The Type to convert the value parameter to.

Return Value

Type: System.Object
An Object that represents the converted value.

Remarks

This method is designed to convert Enum to String or String to String. If any other combination of types is specified, the arguments are passed on to the TypeConverter.ConvertTo method.
