messages_update_notify () not working after migrating from single server to flexible server

Are you using user function, have you migrated all objects with DMS, or with admin user?

Hi Geetha,

I have used the Azure inbuilt migration utility to migrate all objects from Single server to flexible server with 'ADMIN' user.

Here is the DDL for the function-
