So, I installed Hololens 2 on my company PC to try to debug some things. However, despite being installed and VS2019 recognize, I'm only getting that error:

I'm also having this issue with the emulator ver 10.0.22621.1254.
All the requirements I have met and I regularly use hyper for docker and virtualbox vms.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the emulator program and image several times. Ensured that visual studio 22 has the universal windows platform development with all options checked.
I have a functional mrtk project on the same device also in case that's relevant info.
